Responsibilities

Develop employee journeys aligned with the company’s values and proposition.
Manage analysts, assistants, and interns, providing feedback and continuous development.
Pursue constant innovation and implement improvements aligned with strategy.
Ensure solutions that increase process efficiency and digitalization.
Oversee admissions, terminations, vacations, payroll, time tracking, and other operational routines.
Ensure compliance with legislation, internal policies, and legal obligations.
Manage benefits operations and monitor the market, proposing attractive solutions for retention and engagement.
Ensure proper management of contracts, collective agreements, and mandatory records.
Monitor and ensure compliance with e-Social, CIPA, PGR, PCMSO, and other requirements.
Ensure employees receive technical and behavioral training.
Maintain internal consistency and market competitiveness.
Ensure positive onboarding and offboarding experiences.
Organize calendars, celebratory actions, and engagement initiatives.
Ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment in communications.
Analyze results and implement improvement actions.
Develop initiatives focused on employees’ quality of life.
Mediate and resolve situations between employees and departments.
Plan and monitor expenses to ensure efficient use of resources.
Provide guidance on policies, processes, and internal questions.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree preferred in Business Administration, Psychology, Education (Pedagogy), or related fields.
Postgraduate degree / MBA in Human Resources or Business Management preferred.
At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources.
Previous experience in a leadership role and team management.
