Responsibilities
Lead recruitment and selection processes for all areas of the company;
Align candidate profiles with hiring managers, post job openings, conduct interviews, extend offers, and provide feedback to all candidates;
Prepare assessments of selected candidates for hiring managers, ensuring communication throughout all stages of the selection process;
Maintain and update vacancy tracking and management controls;
Support promotion of open positions on social media;
Schedule pre-employment medical exams and monitor admissions and new hire processes;
Support onboarding logistics;
Implement and run development and engagement programs;
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources Management or related fields;
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office;
Flexibility to handle different demands and contexts within the company;
Ability to manage a high volume of vacancies while maintaining organization and quality;
Genuine interest in Recruitment & Selection and a desire to grow professionally in the area;
Willingness to learn, develop and propose continuous improvements.
