About the role

  • Talent Acquisition Analyst at Synvia managing recruitment and selection processes across departments. Collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance company talent acquisition strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Lead recruitment and selection processes for all areas of the company;
  • Align candidate profiles with hiring managers, post job openings, conduct interviews, extend offers, and provide feedback to all candidates;
  • Prepare assessments of selected candidates for hiring managers, ensuring communication throughout all stages of the selection process;
  • Maintain and update vacancy tracking and management controls;
  • Support promotion of open positions on social media;
  • Schedule pre-employment medical exams and monitor admissions and new hire processes;
  • Support onboarding logistics;
  • Implement and run development and engagement programs;

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources Management or related fields;
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office;
  • Flexibility to handle different demands and contexts within the company;
  • Ability to manage a high volume of vacancies while maintaining organization and quality;
  • Genuine interest in Recruitment & Selection and a desire to grow professionally in the area;
  • Willingness to learn, develop and propose continuous improvements.
