Responsibilities
- Execute and monitor hiring/onboarding processes, vacations, leaves of absence, employee record updates, and contract changes;
- Manage electronic timekeeping, including time bank (bank of hours), overtime, shift scheduling, and work schedules;
- Issue and organize employment-related documents (contracts, agreements, declarations, etc.);
- Maintain and update departmental files and documents;
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable labor laws;
- Support employees with questions related to HR subprocesses;
- Update and organize employees' physical and digital records;
- Develop continuous improvement projects for personnel administration processes.
Requirements
- Degree in Administration, Human Resources, or related fields;
- Experience with personnel/ payroll department routines;
- Proficiency with payroll systems and labor legislation;
- Knowledge of tools such as Excel and HR management systems;
- Understanding of current labor and social security legislation;
- Experience with e-Social and statutory/ancillary obligations.
