About the role

  • HR Analyst managing personnel administration processes in a modern pharmaceutical support company. Collaborating on payroll, benefits, and employee documentation tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Execute and monitor hiring/onboarding processes, vacations, leaves of absence, employee record updates, and contract changes;
  • Manage electronic timekeeping, including time bank (bank of hours), overtime, shift scheduling, and work schedules;
  • Issue and organize employment-related documents (contracts, agreements, declarations, etc.);
  • Maintain and update departmental files and documents;
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable labor laws;
  • Support employees with questions related to HR subprocesses;
  • Update and organize employees' physical and digital records;
  • Develop continuous improvement projects for personnel administration processes.

Requirements

  • Degree in Administration, Human Resources, or related fields;
  • Experience with personnel/ payroll department routines;
  • Proficiency with payroll systems and labor legislation;
  • Knowledge of tools such as Excel and HR management systems;
  • Understanding of current labor and social security legislation;
  • Experience with e-Social and statutory/ancillary obligations.
