About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead continuous improvement and development projects for business processes related to compensation
  • Analyze, document and communicate the needs of various stakeholders
  • Identify impacts on business processes and propose solutions to simplify them and increase efficiency
  • Provide support to stakeholders and colleagues to ensure a coherent and effective rollout of initiatives across the Network
  • Ensure orchestration, synchronization and prioritization of work across all initiatives
  • Maintain alignment of work with the Network’s business objectives
  • Demonstrate leadership in facilitating workshops focused on innovation, optimization and performance
  • Participate in implementing business solutions by identifying required business requirements and rules
  • Serve as a change management advisor to stakeholders
  • Ask probing questions to identify root needs and define value-creating solutions

Requirements

  • Holds a DEC (Diplôme d'études collégiales) or a bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, information systems or another relevant field
  • Has 2 to 4 years of experience in process optimization, business analysis, compensation, or a similar role
  • Recognized for strong analytical ability and understanding of business needs
  • Distinguishes themselves by the ability to synthesize, articulate and simplify complex information
  • Demonstrates high agility, excellent problem-solving skills and ease working in a changing environment
  • Shows excellent communication, collaboration and proactivity skills
  • Acts as an ambassador for a service-oriented culture
  • Knowledge of the Carrière agency network (asset)
  • Advanced proficiency in English
