About the role

  • Service Representative handling day-to-day client service and administrative support for annuity products at a major Life Insurance carrier. Ensuring transaction processing meets company and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

  • Process financial and non-financial transactions on annuity products within service level agreements and with a high degree of accuracy
  • Respond to client requests submitted via secured email as well as other forms of written requests
  • Researching and/or coordinating with the third party administrator on resolving “Not In Good Order” transactions.
  • Perform other post-issue duties as required or assigned

Requirements

  • Three or more years of related work experience in the annuities/after tax annuities operations industry with experience in a customer service environment
  • Written client communication/correspondence experience, with the ability to clearly convey information to clients and internal business partners. Examples will be requested
  • Call Center experience is a plus
  • Preferred bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience
  • Analytical and problem solving skills
  • Computer/technical skills - including the use of MS Office; system knowledge/proficiency in systems such as: Siebel or other CRM, VPAS, Life70, Cyber Life, OIPA or other annuity/life insurance administration system.
