Requirements
Vocational training as a Healthcare Management Clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification in the healthcare sector
Experience in patient contact and administration, or a career-change entry: commercial/vocational training with customer contact experience
Confident use of IT and standard office software
Strong communication skills and a good team player
