About the role

  • Associate Director of Product Operations at Syneos Health managing product analysts and teams to analyze data for product decisions. Aligning technology initiatives with business goals across multiple departments.

Responsibilities

  • Support business goals by managing teams of product analysts and managers responsible for collecting and analyzing data to support product decisions
  • Lead the development and execution of the overall product operations strategy to align with business goals
  • Serve as the primary liaison between IT and business units to align technology initiatives with portfolio strategy and customer priorities
  • Collaborate with business partners and customers to capture requirements and influence roadmap planning for IT solutions
  • Drive stakeholder engagement and communication to ensure alignment on product roadmaps and strategic objectives
  • Oversee monitoring and optimization of key performance metrics and KPIs
  • Conduct comprehensive market and competitive analysis to guide product strategy and positioning
  • Apply project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile/Scrum) to take initiatives from idea → concept → kickoff → execution

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 Year / Bachelor’s Degree (BS/BA) in Information Systems, Management, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Certified Project Manager Agile Certification highly preferred
  • 8–10+ years of experience (10 preferred) in portfolio management, project management, Account management, and program leadership
  • Strong background in corporate applications with Finance and HR domain exposure preferred; familiarity with ERP and HCM systems
  • Advanced analytical skills to interpret complex datasets and provide strategic insights
  • Proficiency with advanced data analysis tools, project & portfolio management tools, budget management tools, ServiceNow, Microsoft Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint (executive‑ready presentations, diagrams, roadmaps)
  • Strong understanding of budgeting and financial management to optimize resource allocation
  • Strong negotiation, influencing, and business‑partner mindset; comfortable engaging senior executives
