- Lead the development and execution of the overall product operations strategy to align with business goals
- Serve as the primary liaison between IT and business units to align technology initiatives with portfolio strategy and customer priorities
- Collaborate with business partners and customers to capture requirements and influence roadmap planning for IT solutions
- Drive stakeholder engagement and communication to ensure alignment on product roadmaps and strategic objectives
- Oversee monitoring and optimization of key performance metrics and KPIs
- Conduct comprehensive market and competitive analysis to guide product strategy and positioning
- Apply project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile/Scrum) to take initiatives from idea → concept → kickoff → execution
Requirements
- Minimum 4 Year / Bachelor’s Degree (BS/BA) in Information Systems, Management, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certified Project Manager Agile Certification highly preferred
- 8–10+ years of experience (10 preferred) in portfolio management, project management, Account management, and program leadership
- Strong background in corporate applications with Finance and HR domain exposure preferred; familiarity with ERP and HCM systems
- Advanced analytical skills to interpret complex datasets and provide strategic insights
- Proficiency with advanced data analysis tools, project & portfolio management tools, budget management tools, ServiceNow, Microsoft Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint (executive‑ready presentations, diagrams, roadmaps)
- Strong understanding of budgeting and financial management to optimize resource allocation
- Strong negotiation, influencing, and business‑partner mindset; comfortable engaging senior executives
