About the role

  • VP of Marketing driving growth by attracting digital SMB merchants to Synchrony's eCommerce solutions. Establishing partnerships and executing marketing strategies across various channels.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute B2B omni-channel marketing strategies
  • Create scalable programs that generate and nurture leads
  • Lead digital strategy and partner with digital teams
  • Create and articulate compelling value propositions
  • Identify, prioritize, and gain alignment around marketing strategies

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or, in lieu of a degree, a high school diploma and 10 years of marketing experience
  • 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in financial services
  • 2+ years managing teams with direct reporting responsibility
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
