Responsibilities
Develop and deploy digital marketing strategies focused on appointment generation and the growth of private clinical services
Plan and create marketing newsletters
Create engaging content for social media and digital platforms
Plan, manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads – Search, Display, YouTube, Meta Ads, etc.)
Test and optimize various digital acquisition channels to increase conversions
Analyze marketing performance (traffic, conversions, cost per acquisition, ROI)
Optimize web presence and contribute to SEO initiatives
Write blog posts and informative content
Conduct strategic and competitive monitoring
Collaborate with different teams to address their marketing needs
Requirements
Degree in marketing, communications, or digital marketing
3–5 years of experience in performance-driven digital marketing
Proficiency with digital advertising platforms (Google Ads – Search, Display, Meta Ads)
Experience managing and optimizing conversion-focused campaigns
Excellent writing skills and fluency in spoken and written French
Analytical mindset and strong interest in marketing data and campaign optimization
Autonomy, creativity, and a proactive approach
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
