Responsibilities
Overall responsibility for coordinating operational processes and staff management — including shift/leave planning, conducting job interviews, employee motivation, and team meetings
Represent the facilities internally and externally
Provide professional and disciplinary guidance, development, and leadership for staff
Organize workflows and monitor and ensure compliance with standards
Act as a liaison with external partners such as physicians, service providers, and therapists
Manage occupancy in coordination with our case managers
Work closely with nursing management and executive leadership
Requirements
At least a three-year professional qualification with a state-recognized degree in a nursing profession or a degree in social or health services (m/f/d)
At least two years of professional leadership experience in a nursing facility or a comparable institution
A continuing education qualification for leading an inpatient facility comprising at least 480 hours
Strong organizational skills
Independent working style, resilience, and strong communication skills
Positive demeanor toward patients, relatives, and colleagues
