About the role

Responsibilities
- Address social and family-related problems affecting the children and adolescents
- Provide individual care and support for the children and adolescents in the residential group
- Collaborate with parents and other professional teams/services
- Organize and conduct leisure and recreational activities
- Support transition planning for the period after leaving the residential group
Requirements
- Completed degree in Social Work / Social Pedagogy / Curative Education (Heilpädagogik) with state recognition, or completed, state-recognized training as an Educator, or an equivalent qualification
- Experience working with children and adolescents
- Active and enjoys outdoor sports and experiential-education projects
- Team player who remains resilient in challenging situations
- Class B driver’s license (for use of the company vehicle during working hours)
- Identification with Christian values
