Responsibilities
Responsible for analytical support for product and digital experience initiatives.
Lead business KPI design and measurement, providing insights and recommendations.
Create test and learn strategies to measure digital channel investment returns.
Lead analytical support for the Health & Wellness Marketing team.
Partner with stakeholders supporting digital capabilities ideation, design, testing, launch, upgrades, and maintenance.
Analyze product and marketing impact for B2B, B2B2C, and B2C marketing programs and campaigns.
Requirements
Bachelors degree with 6+ years of experience in analytics; preferably financial services, retail, and/or ecommerce or in lieu of a degree 8+ years of experience in analytics.
Minimum 2+ years of experience with web analytics reporting tools (ie. Adobe/Google Analytics).
Minimum 6+ years of hands-on SQL experience.
Strong credit card P&L knowledge with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
Hands-on capability with coding, Tableau, and multiple data sources.
Familiarity with statistical methods and tools such as decision trees, regression, segmentation, NLP, and GPT.
Experience synthesizing insights from structured analyses to inform business decisions and communicating with stakeholders in an effective manner.
Minimum 6 years of hands-on SAS programming and Python experience.
Solid background on supporting product marketing and digital experience analytics.
