About the role

  • Vice President Business Transformation leading major business processes at Sedgwick. Responsible for delivering results through subordinate managers and driving adoption of innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Leads major business processes and supports functions that execute the company's strategies
  • Partners with divisional and functional leaders to focus on high-value initiatives
  • Designs and delivers transformation programs by coordinating cross-functional teams
  • Accelerates deployment of innovative solutions by identifying and implementing high-impact use cases
  • Applies analytical rigor to diagnose root causes and inform decision-making
  • Drives adoption and cultural alignment by executing proactive change management strategies

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Management, or a related discipline preferred
  • Ten (10) years of related experience in business transformation
  • Certification in one of the following areas required (e.g., Project Management Professional (PMP), Program Management Professional (PgMP), Certified Business Transformation Professional (CBTP), Change Management Certified Professional, Six Sigma)
  • Experience in management consulting and/or enterprise transformation roles within B2B environments required
  • Experience in the financial services sector (insurance, banking) highly preferred
