About the role

  • Pflegefachkraft in der ambulanten Kinderintensivpflege bei Bärenfamilie. Unterstützung schwerstkranker Kinder und Jugendlicher in ihrem häuslichen Umfeld.

Responsibilities

  • Your duties in 1:1 care include basic and treatment nursing (e.g. oxygen and medication administration, injections, suctioning, PEG care, inhalation and respiratory therapy, and monitor monitoring)
  • Nursing documentation
  • Collaboration within the interdisciplinary team
  • Communication with relatives
  • Emergency management

Requirements

  • You have completed training as a qualified nurse (m/f/d), nurse, pediatric nurse, registered nurse, pediatric registered nurse, or geriatric nurse
  • Ideally you have completed the basic course for out-of-hospital intensive care or have sufficient experience in out-of-hospital (pediatric) intensive care
  • We enable you to take the basic course within the first 6 months after hiring and provide structured onboarding in our departments and residential groups!
