About the role
- Konzerncontroller overseeing financial strategies and project management at Stadtwerke Potsdam for effective service delivery. Coordinating financial reporting, controlling, and contract management.
Responsibilities
- Du koordinierst den Planungs- und Berichtsprozess im Konzern der Stadtwerke Potsdam und berätst die Geschäftsführung.
- Im Projektcontrolling steuerst du die finanzstrategischen Projekte und sorgst für Transparenz in der Entwicklung und Umsetzung.
- Du führst die Planungen der Beteiligungsgesellschaften zusammen, prüfst sie und verantwortest die Konzern-Ergebnis-, Bilanz- und Kapitalflussrechnung.
- Du erstellst das Konzernberichtswesen sowie Entscheidungsvorlagen und Präsentationen für die Geschäftsführung und Gremien.
- Du überwachst Dienstleistungsverträge im Konzern, insbesondere im Projektkontext, und stellst deren Einhaltung sicher.
- Du entwickelst Maßnahmen zur Identifizierung von Potenzialen in Projekten und Prozessen sowie die Digitalisierung der Controlling-Instrumente.
Requirements
- Ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaft oder vergleichbare Fachrichtung mit Schwerpunkt Controlling/Finanzen.
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Konzerncontrolling.
- Nachweisliche Erfahrung in der Steuerung und Begleitung von Projekten und/oder im Beteiligungscontrolling.
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Konzernrechnungslegung (HGB), der Konsolidierung, Bilanzanalyse und Kapitalflussrechnung.
- Fach- und Methodenkenntnisse im Gesellschafts- und kommunalen Wirtschaftsrecht.
- Ausgeprägte Fähigkeit zur Analyse komplexer Daten und Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen.
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit SAP R/3 bzw. SAP S/4HANA und Controlling-/Planungssystemen (z. B. SAP, LucaNet, Power BI).
- Kommunikationsstärke im Austausch mit Geschäftsführung, Fachbereichen und Projektteams.
