About the role
- (Junior) Controller Production analyzing production costs and developing reports for Fuchs Gruppe. Collaborating with departments for efficiency and sustainability in production.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and control production costs and perform variance analyses between planned and actual figures as a (Junior) Controller Production / Production Controller (m/f/d) in our Controlling team
- Prepare and continuously improve reports, KPIs and dashboards for the production area
- Support monthly, quarterly and annual closings as well as forecast and budget processes
- Perform cost calculations and assess manufacturing costs, taking batch sizes and capacities into account
- Contribute to investment calculations and profitability analyses
- Work closely with the production, supply chain and purchasing departments as well as the business units
- Further develop the systems and reporting tools in use
Requirements
- Degree in Economics, Business Administration (BWL), Controlling, Finance or a comparable qualification
- Practical experience in Controlling / Finance, ideally in a manufacturing company, e.g. as a (Junior) Controller, (Senior) Controller, Production Controller, Controller Operations or Controlling working student (m/f/d)
- Strong analytical skills, solid numerical understanding and structured working style
- Experience with SAP HANA (modules FI/CO, MM, PP, EWM, SD) is an advantage
- Knowledge of BI tools (e.g. SAP Analytics Cloud, BO, Tagetik) is desirable
- Team player with strong communication skills and high self-initiative
