Requirements
5+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, or operations within high-growth, technology-driven environments.
Proven Leadership: Demonstrated experience managing direct reports and leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver complex projects.
AI and Tech Savvy: A strong track record of using technology and AI tools to drive production-level operational improvements.
Expert Analytics: High proficiency in SQL, Looker, and advanced Google Sheets to extract actionable insights from complex datasets.
Systems Thinking: The ability to connect the dots between data, people, and processes to design scalable, long-term solutions.
