About the role
- Chief of Staff to the Chief People Officer driving initiatives and operational excellence at Sword Health. Spearheading planning and execution across People Team and commercial enablement efforts.
Responsibilities
- The Chief of Staff to the Chief People Officer (CPO) provides Chief of Staff support to the CPO and serves as the execution lead for the People Team.
- Drives planning, prioritization, and operational excellence across core People initiatives and CPO’s commercial enablement responsibilities.
- Runs the People Team operating cadence, maintains North Star metrics and scorecards, and manages the portfolio of key initiatives—so priorities are clear, aligned, and delivered with speed and accountability.
- Supports the Impatient Thought Leadership Platform, CHRO Advisory Board enablement, and key commercial engagements led by the CPO and Benefits Strategy Leader.
- Ensures planning, coordination, and execution across People Operations, People Partners, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and other cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in HR, business operations, strategy, or a related leadership role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret people data and translate insights into action.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to influence without authority and work effectively across multiple teams and levels of leadership.
- Proven experience managing complex projects and delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to bring structure and clarity to ambiguous situations.
