Responsibilities
The Chief of Staff to the Chief People Officer (CPO) provides Chief of Staff support to the CPO and serves as the execution lead for the People Team.
Drives planning, prioritization, and operational excellence across core People initiatives and CPO’s commercial enablement responsibilities.
Runs the People Team operating cadence, maintains North Star metrics and scorecards, and manages the portfolio of key initiatives—so priorities are clear, aligned, and delivered with speed and accountability.
Supports the Impatient Thought Leadership Platform, CHRO Advisory Board enablement, and key commercial engagements led by the CPO and Benefits Strategy Leader.
Ensures planning, coordination, and execution across People Operations, People Partners, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and other cross-functional teams.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
5+ years of experience in HR, business operations, strategy, or a related leadership role.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret people data and translate insights into action.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
Ability to influence without authority and work effectively across multiple teams and levels of leadership.
Proven experience managing complex projects and delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to bring structure and clarity to ambiguous situations.
High discretion and judgment when handling sensitive people and organizational matters.
