About the role

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for a range of roles across data center operations and security.
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand team needs, role requirements, and success profiles.
  • Source candidates through multiple channels including LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, and industry networks.
  • Manage candidate pipelines, conduct initial screens, and coordinate interviews and feedback loops.
  • Guide candidates through the hiring process with transparency, professionalism, and care.
  • Track recruiting metrics and provide insights to improve hiring velocity and quality.
  • Contribute to workforce planning, diversity initiatives, and employer branding efforts.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of recruiting experience, with a focus on technical or operational roles.
  • Proven success hiring for high-volume or specialized roles in data center operations and security.
  • Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with modern recruiting tools and platforms.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for technology, innovation, and mission-driven work.
  • Experience with compliance and security requirements in technical hiring.
