Responsibilities
- Support the agile Endpoints team and Digital Workplace with expertise in desktop management
- Develop and integrate new features, products and services
- Plan, design and implement the endpoint management architecture
- Support the automation around managing secure environments
- Support team with knowledge of endpoint security aspects
- Act as level 4 troubleshooting/support for the team
- Contribute to the Healthy and transparent risk culture at Swiss Re
Requirements
- Extensive (3+ years) experience with managing configuration of Windows desktops in a secure environment
- University degree or equivalent qualification in engineering or related field
- Expertise in networking and operating systems
- High-level skills in problem solving and troubleshooting
- Interested in solving problems in an automated/scripted way
- Good understanding of security principles with a focus on endpoint security
- Fundamental understanding of Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, Microsoft Azure DevOps, Azure AD, and Microsoft 365 app integrations
- Extensive (3+ years) hands-on experience with managing secure Windows client devices
- Experience with scripting deployments and/or configuration on Windows using PowerShell, Group Policies & MS Endpoint Manager (Configuration Manager and/or Intune)
- Expert (5+ years) experience with operating systems (Windows)
- Work-experience with virtualized desktop environments using Citrix technologies
