About the role

  • Principal Sales Manager focusing on B2B renewable energy solutions for Swiss Renewable Solutions AG. Engaging partners through sales strategies and market implementation in a hybrid role.

Responsibilities

  • Actively prospect for new partners (business clients) through cold outreach, networking, and social media
  • Focus on decision-makers in the industrial and real estate sectors
  • Identify needs and provide consulting on renewable energy topics, particularly photovoltaics and storage
  • Perform economic feasibility analyses for partners
  • Implement the go-to-market (GTM) strategy in close coordination with executive management
  • Use and develop the CRM system for documentation and reporting

Requirements

  • Experience in the renewable energy sector
  • Background in energy economics or a technical discipline
  • Proven sales track record in Commercial & Industrial (C&I) project business
  • Confident and persuasive presence
  • Experience presenting at C-level
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Native German speaker — additional languages, particularly Swiss German, French, or English, are an advantage
  • Highly motivated to work in a dynamic, fast-growing environment
