Responsibilities
Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across various positions
Advise managers on hires and candidate communication
Collaborate on job descriptions and hiring criteria
Use data to advise on talent availability and compensation
Implement sourcing strategies and build candidate pipelines
Conduct interviews and select qualified candidates
Partner with HR to maintain compliance with laws and regulations
Maintain records in Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Collaborate on high priority recruiting projects
Provide regular performance updates and analysis
Requirements
3+ years of full lifecycle recruitment experience in construction or manufacturing industry
Preferred trade experience in Drywall, Carpentry, Mass Timber or Concrete
Strong knowledge of recruitment trends and practices
Strong working knowledge of employment law
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changes
Proficient with ATS and CRM technologies; Experience with Workday HCM and ATS is a plus
Excellent bilingual (English and Spanish) communication skills
