About the role
- Recruiting specialized engineering talent for Blue Origin's Space Vehicles division. Develop sourcing models and execute search strategies to acquire top talent.
Responsibilities
- Develop sourcing models and plans to generate talent pools, networks and pipelines
- Create and execute robust search strategies, calibrate candidates with hiring managers
- Engage, sustain relationships, screen and interview
- Partner with hiring managers, business unit leaders and other members of Team Blue by leading and participating in scoping discussions, weekly tag ups and candidate debriefs
- Prepare/contribute to search status reports and lead/participate in client update meetings on active searches
- Dive deep with an inquisitive mindset into the technical requirements of the requisitions and business units you will be supporting
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent of experience in recruiting
- 5+ years of Technical Recruiting experience to include Engineering, Manufacturing, or IT positions
- Strong professional communication skills and demonstrated ability to influence and advise business leaders
- Demonstrated success in generating leads using a variety of platforms and sourcing methods
