About the role

  • As part of the France Payroll team, you will take full responsibility for payroll for Swilers (650 employees).
  • Prepare, collect, process and verify variable payroll elements (absences, bonuses, etc.) using our payroll software: ADP Decidium
  • Anticipate and prioritize alerts to prevent errors
  • Review and verify payslips and social contributions
  • Manage and process pay advances, loans and wage garnishments
  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding, including final settlement calculations and exit payments (preparing settlement agreements, calculating severance pay for mutually agreed terminations, with attention to non-compete clause implications)
  • Monitor statutory sick pay (IJSS) and manage meal vouchers (tickets restaurants)

Requirements

  • 2-3 years' experience as an in-house payroll administrator
  • Excellent knowledge of labor and social legislation
  • Strong analytical and synthesis skills, enabling effective prioritization and versatility
  • A genuine desire to work collaboratively and to build close relationships with managers and colleagues, acting as a Business Partner
  • Excellent command of payroll software (expertise in ADP Decidium is a plus)
  • Thorough knowledge of the Syntec collective agreement is a plus
  • Impeccable accuracy, a strong sense of responsibility and true autonomy
  • Discretion, high integrity and excellent interpersonal skills are also important for this role
