Account Services Representative managing inbound/outbound sales calls for financial products. Interacting with customers regarding consumer lending products and assisting them with loan applications.
Responsibilities
Perform inside sales, placement, and service of SWBC and client’s financial products
Facilitate inbound/outbound calls regarding availability and suitability of products/services
Update call results and record all customer contacts
Produce new business or service existing customers/clients
Make outbound calls to promote lending and related products
Follow department scripting and phone etiquette to achieve project goals
Participate in department meetings or product/technique training as directed by management team
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum of six (6) months of inbound calling experience
Consumer lending experience preferred
Strong working knowledge of personal computers to include MS Excel, MS Access, and other related programs
Able to work under sometimes stressful conditions while maintaining professionalism and enthusiasm
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
Detail oriented and able to multitask
Able to sit for long periods of time assisting with telephone calls or other related duties
Able to stoop, kneel, and lift 10-20 lbs. of files or other documents
