Responsibilities

  • Provide optimal support to account managers

  • Draft and set up contracts

  • Ensure smooth information flow

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training in a recognized commercial/administrative occupation
  • Initial professional experience in back-office support for special-customer sales
  • Confident use of CRM systems and the Schleupen CS.VA software
  • Knowledge of the First Sale system and common MS Office applications
  • Very precise and accurate working style
  • Friendly, well-groomed appearance

  • Ability to work independently
  • Reliability in meeting deadlines
  • Physical stamina for trade fairs and exhibitions
