Responsibilities
Active student advising of prospective students (by phone, digitally and on-site)
Qualified support and guidance for prospective applicants throughout the entire customer journey up to the application
Use and further development of our CRM system HubSpot, in particular: segmenting leads by target groups, interests and study formats
Systematic outreach, follow-up and nurturing of leads
Documentation and analysis of advising and sales activities
Planning, organizing and conducting information events, advising days, online information evenings and trade fairs
Support in developing and implementing sales and recruitment strategies for degree programs
Maintaining contacts with schools and external education partners
Requirements
University degree or equivalent qualification in communication or sales
Professional experience in sales, student advising, the education sector or in consultative customer-facing roles
Strong knowledge of CRM systems, ideally HubSpot
Excellent communication and advising skills and a confident, service-oriented manner
Enjoy proactively reaching out to people, building relationships and providing target-group-oriented advising
Structured, independent and results-oriented working style
Identification with the educational mission of a university of applied sciences and interest in topics related to health, nursing, education or social work
