About the role

  • Sales Rotational Program for recent graduates rotating through sales functions and gaining hands-on experience in consultative selling. Collaborating with teams and understanding sales operations.

Responsibilities

  • Rotate through main sales functions such as: Sales Development/Prospecting, Account Executive/Inside Sales, Account Management/Customer Success
  • Participate in lead generation, prospecting, and pipeline development
  • Participate in customer meetings and presentations
  • Learn and apply consultative selling techniques
  • Collaborate with teams including marketing and product
  • Analyze market trends and customer need to identify growth opportunities
  • Support plans and special projects
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)

Requirements

  • Graduating in Spring 2026 with a minimum of a Bachelor's in Sales or a related field of study
  • Experience in sales-focused coursework or hands-on sales experience gained while in college
  • Demonstrated leadership, initiative or entrepreneurial experience
  • Experience with technology and customer engagement
  • Ability to travel
  • Experience solving problems and helping clients succeed
