Responsibilities
- Manage the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system and develop commercial sales performance indicators.
- Support prospecting and engagement of new customers in North America, Europe and South America, contributing to achievement of the company's sales targets.
- Report directly to the Global Commercial Director based in Houston, Texas.
- Contribute to the definition of commercial strategies, customer segmentation and pricing policies.
- Monitor the company's customer portfolio, supporting commercial negotiations, financial analyses and performance monitoring.
- Participate in the preparation of sales plans, forecasts and follow-up reports, collaborating with the business area.
- Support organizing visits and meetings with strategic customers to strengthen relationships and ensure alignment with company objectives.
