About the role

  • Analista de Commercial Performance responsible for business development and customer relationship management at Sustainea. Managing CRM system and supporting sales strategies in North America, Europe, and South America.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system and develop commercial sales performance indicators.
  • Support prospecting and engagement of new customers in North America, Europe and South America, contributing to achievement of the company's sales targets.
  • Report directly to the Global Commercial Director based in Houston, Texas.
  • Contribute to the definition of commercial strategies, customer segmentation and pricing policies.
  • Monitor the company's customer portfolio, supporting commercial negotiations, financial analyses and performance monitoring.
  • Participate in the preparation of sales plans, forecasts and follow-up reports, collaborating with the business area.
  • Support organizing visits and meetings with strategic customers to strengthen relationships and ensure alignment with company objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed
  • Postgraduate degree completed
  • Advanced English proficiency
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Negotiation, leadership and proactivity
