Responsibilities
Own and scale the affiliate and creator strategy, taking it from early experiments to a major growth engine;
Build and manage a network of high-quality affiliates and creators that drive sales through trusted content and social proof;
Run structured A/B tests on partner types, messaging, offers, and landing pages;
Create partner resources like welcome guides, messaging kits, and creative assets;
Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to align partnerships with our brand goals;
Manage budgets, incentives, and commissions for all external partners;
Turn performance data into clear advice for our messaging and growth strategy;
Own regular reporting to show what’s working and where we should double down;
Set the standard for partner quality, content excellence, and brand safety.
Requirements
Proven experience building and scaling high-growth affiliate, creator, or partnership programs;
A deep understanding of performance models, including CPA, revenue share, and incentive structures;
Background in consumer, SaaS, or subscription products, specifically working with publishers and creators;
A "startup mindset" – you are comfortable building from scratch and moving fast in a changing environment;
A strong analytical mindset used to tracking partner quality, ROI, and overall performance;
Experience running structured tests across different partners, content styles, and messaging;
A self-starter with excellent communication skills, capable of prioritizing high-impact work while collaborating with marketing, product, and analytics teams.
