About the role

  • Senior Implementation Manager overseeing BPO client implementations for Support Services Group. Managing project timelines, stakeholder relationships, and process improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Manage large-scale BPO implementation projects
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
  • Act as primary point of contact for internal teams and clients
  • Identify potential risks and issues and provide solutions
  • Continuously assess and improve implementation methodologies
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management
  • Strong understanding of BPO operations
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Advanced project management skills
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification (preferred)
  • Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies
  • Strong understanding of project management software
  • Familiarity with BPO technologies and CRM systems
