Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment or assigned recruitment stages (sourcing, screening, coordination)
Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other creative channels
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews (phone/video)
Assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit
Present qualified shortlists with clear candidate insights
Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates and hiring teams
Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment trackers
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process
Meet agreed hiring timelines and performance targets
Requirements
Proven experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist (agency or in-house)
Strong sourcing and screening skills across various roles and industries
Familiarity with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job boards
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple requisitions
Results-driven and comfortable working on a freelance/contract basis
Reliable internet connection and own recruitment tools (if applicable)
Nice to Have
Experience recruiting for specific industries (e.g., BPO, Tech, Finance, Healthcare)
Background in high-volume or niche hiring
