About the role

  • Materials Customer Service Analyst in Apodaca managing customer shipment tracking and EDI analysis. Requires 3+ years in the automotive industry and proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

  • Customer shipment tracking.
  • EDI analysis, detecting decreases or increases in demand.
  • Entry of customer requests through the MRP system.
  • Maintain Finished Goods inventory within level.
  • Timely follow-up on engineering changes for each product with the corresponding department.
  • Updating and maintaining customer portals.
  • Follow-up with the production and materials planning team.

Requirements

  • Education: Industrial Engineering, International Business, International Relations, Administration or related fields.
  • Knowledge in OEM’S Portals and MRP Systems.
  • Experience in automotive industry necessary.
  • 3+ years of experience in the field.
  • Proficient English level.
