About the role

  • Support Engineer Microsoft managing and improving Windows client infrastructure for a leading IT service provider in Europe.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for client management in day-to-day operations
  • Administration and maintenance of the Windows 11 environment
  • Patch management and ensuring smooth update operations
  • Application management, including deployment, updates, and troubleshooting
  • Contribute to process development, approvals, and test scenarios
  • Introduction and optimization of workplace / modern workplace solutions
  • Assist in the implementation of new tools and standards
  • Collaborate with internal departments (no external customer contact)

Requirements

  • Solid experience in client management
  • Excellent knowledge of Windows 11
  • Proficient with Microsoft 365 (O365)
  • Good knowledge of patch and application management
  • Structured working style and understanding of IT processes
  • Team player with a hands-on mentality
  • Fluent in German, at least C1
