About the role

Responsibilities
- First point of contact for customers regarding electrical questions about packaging machines
- Handling incoming service requests via our ticketing system
- Independently performing remote services (fault analysis, parameter checks, software adjustments)
- Occasional on-site assignments worldwide
- Troubleshooting and technical support for all questions related to machine functionality
- Active participation in cross-service projects and close coordination with other departments
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in an electrical discipline (e.g., electrician, mechatronics technician)
- Ideally further qualification as a technician or master craftsman (m/f/d)
- Very good technical understanding, particularly in electrical engineering and process engineering
- Experience with Siemens Step 7, TIA Portal, and Sinamics drive technology
- Independent, analytical, and reliable
- Willing to learn and open to technical development
- Good command of English
- Willingness to undertake occasional international travel
- Proficient in common MS Office applications
