About the role

  • IT Support Analyst providing technical support via phone, chat, and in person to employees. Ensuring the proper functioning of IT resources and user experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide IT support to employees via phone, chat and in person;
  • Manage ticket creation, follow-up and closure in the ticketing system;
  • Prepare, configure and image laptops and mobile devices;
  • Deliver equipment to new employees;
  • Track IT assets, keeping the inventory up to date;
  • Assist in resolving user incidents and service requests.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of operating systems, device imaging and Microsoft 365 suite (O365);
  • Previous experience in IT support, technology or customer service (call center);
  • Basic understanding of asset management and inventory;
  • Good communication skills, empathy and active listening;
  • Resilience, organization and a positive, service-oriented attitude.
