About the role

Responsibilities
- First point of contact for customers on electrical engineering questions related to packaging machines
- Handling incoming service requests via the ticketing system
- Independently performing remote services (e.g. fault analysis, parameter checks, software adjustments)
- Initial troubleshooting together with the customer
- Providing technical support on machine functionality
- Active participation in cross-service projects and close coordination with other specialist departments
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in an electrical field (e.g., electronics technician, mechatronics technician)
- Ideally further training as a technician or master craftsman (m/f/d)
- Strong technical understanding, especially in electrical engineering and process engineering
- Experience with Siemens Step 7, TIA Portal and Sinamics drive technology
- Independent, analytical and reliable working style
- Willingness to learn and openness to technical development
- Good English skills
- Basic willingness to undertake occasional international travel
- Confident user of common MS Office applications
