About the role
- Senior Project & Portfolio Analyst responsible for managing the Planview system and ensuring effective project management across Canada. Collaborating with stakeholders to enhance tools and reporting capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the subject matter expert for Planview Portfolios—its configuration, data structures, workflows, and reporting capabilities
- Act as the Planview Portfolios system administrator for Canada
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and administrative teams to design and develop dashboards and reporting
- Document processes, standards, requirements, and technical specifications as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis, financial analysis, and/or project & portfolio management
- Familiarity with Planview Portfolios or comparable project and portfolio management tools
- Strong financial acumen, especially in forecasting and variance analysis
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft product suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Co-Pilot)
