Responsibilities

  • Manage sales projects from lead evaluation to contract signing
  • Analyze customer project requirements and develop tailored solutions
  • Lead internal cross-functional proposal teams
  • Negotiate and close contracts and support account management

Requirements

  • Degree in a technical field
  • Minimum of 5 years' professional experience in mechanical or plant engineering, ideally in sales or project management
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English (C1 level)
