About the role

  • Servicetechniker für Flurförderzeuge im Außendienst im Raum Heidelberg/Mannheim. Verantwortlich für Wartung, Reparatur und Kundenbetreuung vor Ort.

Responsibilities

  • Inspection, maintenance and repair of industrial trucks and material handling equipment in the Heidelberg/Mannheim customer area
  • Systematic fault diagnosis and analysis using diagnostic software
  • Maintenance and management of tools and inventory in your assigned service vehicle
  • Professional customer service and on-site support

Requirements

  • Completed technical vocational training – e.g. Automotive/Commercial Vehicle Mechatronics Technician, Agricultural Machinery Technician or an equivalent qualification
  • Ideally some initial experience in technical service and working with commercial customers (field or in-house service); career starters are also welcome
  • Strong organizational skills and enjoyment of independent, responsible work
  • High reliability and a friendly, professional manner when dealing with customers and suppliers
  • Driving licence class B
