About the role

  • Client Service Excellence Center associate providing exceptional service via inbound calls to assist clients with financial inquiries at Vanguard. Requires strong client service experience and licensing.

Responsibilities

  • Connect with clients via inbound phone calls to assist with account-related needs.
  • Solve problems and provide timely and accurate solutions to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to improve client and crew experience.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of customer-facing and/or inbound phone experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and client relationship management skills.
  • High school diploma, associate degree, or bachelor's degree required.
  • Series 7 and 63 regulatory license and/or registration required (to be obtained within 14 days of start date).
