Own the total relationship plan and strategy
Deliver consultative relationship management and drive solutions
Lead proactive client engagement and industry counsel
Ensure accountability, service quality, and issue escalation
Manage profitability and pricing strategy
Partner effectively in a matrix and influence outcomes
Address servicing gaps and use data to improve effectiveness, risk management, and client outcomes
Contribute to growth and prospecting
Support new business efforts and targeted prospecting within the market
Requirements
10 to 15 years of experience in relationship management, business development, and client servicing
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, delegation, and sales capabilities to manage complex relationships
Proven leadership and organizational skills to assess client needs and mobilize resources across a matrix organization
Knowledge of asset servicing products, investments, and segment specific considerations
Understanding of end to end operations with a data driven approach to improving effectiveness
Strong understanding of clients, competitors, the broader marketplace, and key industry trends
Clear, concise communicator with a collaborative approach across internal partners
