About the role

  • Sales Representative managing the strategic sales of orthopaedic instruments in Zürich and Ostschweiz region. Focus on customer relationships and operational sales activities.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for sales activities in the Zurich and Eastern Switzerland region.
  • Identify and develop new customer opportunities.
  • Conduct sales and negotiation meetings.
  • Provide hands-on support to users in the operating room (OR) and practical, application-oriented consultation.
  • Develop tailored concepts and financing plans.
  • Actively participate in trade shows, conferences and professional meetings.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in medical technology or a comparable field.
  • Passion for selling technically complex products.
  • Experience building long-term customer relationships.
  • Strong communication skills, self-motivation and a friendly, approachable manner.
  • Fluent in German and good command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Holder of a Category B driver's license.
