Responsibilities

  • Responsible for developing and leading marketing strategies for the joint replacement (JR) and robotics portfolio in the South of the UK
  • Conduct market research to assess product requirements
  • Define strategic direction and manage the full product lifecycle
  • Plan and execute product launches
  • Oversee promotional campaigns and set pricing strategies
  • Support sales team by providing essential tools and materials
  • Ensure alignment between marketing and sales initiatives
  • Act as a strategic business partner to key stakeholders
  • Gather competitive market insights and develop targeted marketing plans
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers

Requirements

  • University degree (e.g. BSc. /B.A. in business with an emphasis in marketing preferable, life sciences, or health related discipline)
  • 3+ years sales/marketing experience (medical device related field is preferable)
  • Previous experience in selling or marketing orthopaedic products is a strong advantage
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and analytical skills required
  • Very high level of communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
  • Strong financial acumen
  • Fluency in English is essential.
