Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
3+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Product Management, or Software Engineering.
AI Proficiency: Demonstrated experience using LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to dramatically accelerate workflow (docs, analysis, planning).
Coding Literacy: You must be comfortable reading code and using an IDE. You don't need to be a senior dev, but you must be able to use AI coding agents to write scripts, fix bugs, or build automations.
Experience with JIRA/Confluence (specifically automating interactions with them).
Preferred: Experience in the Automotive or EV space.
Background in DevOps, Scripting (Python/JS), or "No-Code" automation platforms.
A "Productively Lazy" mindset: A track record of automating repetitive tasks to focus on high-value problems.
Experience managing vendor relationships and operational budgets.
