About the role

  • Enterprise Account Manager responsible for key account development in healthcare. Fostering relationships and driving growth projects in Austria's healthcare market.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop strategic key accounts in the healthcare market
  • Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams
  • Develop innovative business solutions and lead strategic growth projects
  • Establish and maintain strategic relationships with decision-makers within the Austrian healthcare market
  • Develop and implement business and account plans for enterprise accounts, GPOs, ASCs, and hospital new-builds in alignment with the divisions
  • Negotiate and manage long-term contracts, including financial modeling and pricing strategies
  • Identify new business opportunities through market analysis and competitive intelligence
  • Develop tailored value propositions and partnership concepts to enhance Stryker's market presence and growth
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to strategically position within the healthcare sector
  • Increase customer satisfaction and market penetration through innovative solutions

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a commercial role within the medical technology industry, such as sales, key account management, finance, business development, or marketing
  • Proven expertise in new customer acquisition as well as contract and tender processes
  • Strong knowledge of the Austrian healthcare market and experience working with purchasing groups/GPOs
  • Comprehensive knowledge of sales and marketing strategies and solid commercial acumen to drive company growth
  • Deep understanding of company-wide products, technologies, services, and business processes across all divisions
  • Confident negotiation skills at senior management level
  • Strong goal orientation, assertiveness, and resilience in a dynamic market environment
  • Excellent organizational skills and analytical ability to make well-founded decisions
  • Strong customer focus and persuasive communication skills
  • Business-fluent German and English, both written and spoken
  • Degree in health management, health economics, finance, business administration, or a related field (preferred)
