Responsibilities
Manage and develop strategic key accounts in the healthcare market
Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams
Develop innovative business solutions and lead strategic growth projects
Establish and maintain strategic relationships with decision-makers within the Austrian healthcare market
Develop and implement business and account plans for enterprise accounts, GPOs, ASCs, and hospital new-builds in alignment with the divisions
Negotiate and manage long-term contracts, including financial modeling and pricing strategies
Identify new business opportunities through market analysis and competitive intelligence
Develop tailored value propositions and partnership concepts to enhance Stryker's market presence and growth
Work closely with internal stakeholders to strategically position within the healthcare sector
Increase customer satisfaction and market penetration through innovative solutions
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years' experience in a commercial role within the medical technology industry, such as sales, key account management, finance, business development, or marketing
Proven expertise in new customer acquisition as well as contract and tender processes
Strong knowledge of the Austrian healthcare market and experience working with purchasing groups/GPOs
Comprehensive knowledge of sales and marketing strategies and solid commercial acumen to drive company growth
Deep understanding of company-wide products, technologies, services, and business processes across all divisions
Confident negotiation skills at senior management level
Strong goal orientation, assertiveness, and resilience in a dynamic market environment
Excellent organizational skills and analytical ability to make well-founded decisions
Strong customer focus and persuasive communication skills
Business-fluent German and English, both written and spoken
Degree in health management, health economics, finance, business administration, or a related field (preferred)
