Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in software engineering/ computer science or related discipline
- 18+ years of work experience
- Strong understanding of product development lifecycle and engineering processes
- Familiarity with digital tools, automation, and data-driven decision-making
- Ability to implement governance frameworks, SOPs, and quality assurance practices
