About the role

  • Director of Inclusion and Belonging shaping GSK's workplace culture to thrive on inclusion. Leading strategies for employee engagement and managing inclusion initiatives for organizational success.

Responsibilities

  • Shape and nurture a workplace environment that thrives on inclusion.
  • Catalyze a high performing culture of inclusion and belonging.
  • Promote employee engagement and leverage leadership expertise.
  • Serve as a strategic leader responsible for advancing inclusion initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with executive leadership, HR business leaders, and employees at all levels.
  • Provide support and guidance to all Business Units through Senior HR Business Leaders and Business Heads.
  • Oversee management of 11 Employee Resource Groups and align objectives with GSK goals.
  • Manage a ~$1M US budget, ensuring effective allocation and ROI assessment.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies promoting inclusion initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Organizational Development, Sociology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in Inclusion & Belonging work, human resources, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience leading Inclusion strategies in a matrix organization successfully.
  • Experience, interacting and influencing with senior levels in the organization.
  • Strong knowledge of Inclusion and Belonging best practices, employment law, and organizational change management.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Experience working with various cultures and building relationships across all organizational levels.
  • Demonstrated courage to speak up and challenge across all levels of organization and leadership.
