Requirements
- Distinctive academic record from a leading university.
- 3-6 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, or a high-growth start-up in a strategy, operations, or chief-of-staff style role.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills — able to quickly structure ambiguous problems and derive insights from data.
- Highly effective communicator, comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
- Entrepreneurial mindset — proactive, resourceful, and comfortable wearing multiple hats.
