Performance & Growth Analyst managing digital channel KPIs for Stone, a leading financial services technology company. Intermediate role involves executive reporting and process optimization.
Responsibilities
Performance Management: Monitor and report KPIs for digital channels, ensuring data integrity and visibility of results;
Executive Interface: Prepare reports and presentations for C-level, translating complex metrics into actionable insights;
Project Governance: Lead rituals and strategic agendas, ensuring action plans are executed by stakeholders;
Root Cause Analysis: Investigate deviations in results and propose data-driven solutions to regain growth;
Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in channel operations and recommend improvements that impact LTV and CAC.
Requirements
Advanced SQL: Ability to extract and manipulate large volumes of data autonomously
Dashboard Experience: Proficiency with visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI or Looker)
Advanced knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
Previous experience in Payments or FinTechs (preferred)
Strong knowledge of Growth methodologies (conversion funnel, A/B testing) (preferred)
